Embassy of Vietnam will attest document on behalf of attestation done by Ministry of External Affairs of India.

Personal Document Attestation for Vietnam

All the personal documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, medical certificate etc needs to be first authenticated by home department of respective state from where the document was issued. Home department of state is responsible for personal document authentication. After authentication from state home department. It will be attested by ministry of external affairs of India. After attestation from ministry of external affairs of India the document will be finally attested by the embassy of Vietnam.

Commercial Document Attestation for Vietnam

All the commercial documents such as invoice, packaging list, Power of attorney, certificate of origin etc needs to be first authenticate by chamber of commerce. After authentication from chamber of commerce, ministry of external affairs will attest the document. After MEA attestation, Vietnam embassy will finally attest the document.
